Having a unique culture thanks to its colorful lifestyle and streets, Mexico city sadly sits on top of our list. With almost 40 percent of the population fighting poverty, the situation in Mexico Cİty is eve worse. It is known that there are at least 15000 to 30000 homeless people living in the city.
- Budapest, Hungary
With the number of homeless people reaching 10000, the government had to enact new laws to help with the situation. Declaring being homeless as a crime, the laws forced the homeless people to live in the shelters built for them. The current number of homeless people in Budapest is believed to be around 6000.
